What is lifecoaching and systemic approach?

The word coaching implies training.  We understand lifecoaching as a transformation process that, through an ontological journey (integrating body, emotions  and language), brings you closer to what  you want to be and that, for the time being, was prevented by various own aspects still in shadow. We will bring light and focus, aiming to build together while looking at your life story and structure.

Sessions

Our work In these sessions consists in the observation and involvement in vital crises. Duels, separations, expatriates, retirements, house removals. Your vital crisis is your transformation start point.
